The Guancaste Province is Costa Rica’s most popular tourism destination.  Playa Brasilito is a strategic location between two major attractions in the region: Playa Conchal and Playa Flamingo. 

Despite this ideal location, Playa Brasilito remains a serene village with local charm.  The Catalina Cove real estate project is immediately off a major intersection, so getting to our gate is convenient and easy on your vehicle.  Guests can get around the project and surrounding areas easily on a golf cart or ATV.

How To Get There:
From the Liberia Airport, follow signs to the beaches of Flamingo/Brasilito.   When you arrive in the town center of Brasilito, continue straight for 300 feet and you will see Catalina Cove signs that point to our office.
