Why?
1. Gated Community The Courtyards are being developed in a 17.6 acre
section of the popular Catalina Cove subdivision. A 24/7 security system
including manned gates provide the care-free living most people desire.
The development will also feature a common area swimming pool and
covered rancho for the enjoyment of the residents and visitors.

5. Eco-Friendly Development We have taken great care to ensure that our
development is low impact, conserves the majestic old-growth rainforest
trees, and minimizes consumption of resources. For example, we use no
wood in the construction of our homes, except for decorative exposed
features like cabinets and doors (wall frames and roof trusses are
steel).
And we have selected a low density style design, with 57% of the Courtyard
land area in a permanent "green zone" with natural and planted
vegetation. We've also opted for a high efficiency wastewater treatment
plant with the treated effluent used for watering the spacious
landscaped areas.
Most importantly, this is an "electric car" community -- each home
includes a "street legal" electric car (golf cart with license plates)
and we encourage their use when navigating internally through the
Catalina Cove development.
Note: you can also traverse the internal Catalina Cove road system in a
4-wheeler/quad but not in a car/truck. A separate entrance will allow
you to enter/exit The Courtyards using your car.
