We will be offering to our "Courtyard Villa" clients a viable opportunity to receive income and defray community fees by being a part of our professionally managed rental program. In addition, within the Courtyard Villas and other nearby communities, like Playa Tamarindo and Flamingo Beach, there are homes available on a monthly rental basis, long term yearly lease, as well as the more common short term vacation rentals.
